OUR SERVICE PROPOSAL

Ikatiseng formed the Guards Division on the premise so that committed people make the difference and based on the notion that if the people delivering the actual quality service, then the successes will follow. The word Ikatiseng means “Training”.  The two directors Mr van Vuuren and Ikaneng both have more than 20 (twenty) years Security Experience  (S A Police, Defence Force ) and one does Security Training and the other one Firearm Training, that is why the guard division was formed. Guards are trained by ourselves  out of the community to ensure that a quality service is delivered.  Our office is situated in Thabazimbi and from there we can service the Thabazimbi District, Northam as well as Mogwase District (North West Province). 

	MATHEUS  IKANENG:OPERATIONAL MEMBER AND HEAD SECURITY TRAINING Joined the Army in 1998.  Opened a Security Academy and Guarding Service in 1999, by the name of MIS Security Academy. Giving training in all the grades.  Retail and Armed Response Courses. Registered instructor with SIRA. More than 10 years Security experience. In a joint venture with Jaco van Vuuren opened the company Ikatiseng Security Services.
	JACO VAN VUUREN : FINANCIAL MEMBER AND HEAD FIREARM TRAINING Joined the South African Police Service in 1987 and retired out of the Police in July 1998 in the rank of Inspector. 11 years Police experience, has obtained a National Police Diploma. Opened a Micro lending business and successfully managed and owned the business until now. In 2004 opened a Firearm Training Academy and is trained as an Assessor and Moderator in Firearm training. Has done Security Training in Grades E,D,C and B.  In partnership with Mattheuws Ikaneng  opened  this business Ikatiseng Security Services.
	JAKO POTGIETER: MARKETING AND OPERATIONAL  MANAGER Has been in the South African Police Service  for more than 10 years as a Police Reservist.  Was 4 years in the Intervention unit. Is at the Rapid Response unit from 2010 until now. Has experience in rural safety, tactical response and K 9 Tracking. Joined Ikatiseng Security Services in January 2011 as Manager.
